With Tampa’s Growth, Two Hubs Close for Construction

Tampa’s growing at an amazing rate, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it. That said, with growth comes change. We ask that you work with us as two of our hubs are affected by current construction projects.

The first, Amalie Arena, in front of Ferg’s Live, has been closed and will likely remain offline for the foreseeable future. Again, a short-term inconvenience for a long-term gain. The south side of downtown is undergoing a complete overhaul starting with redefining the street grid. This will make it easier, and safer to navigate Tampa’s streets incorporating over 1,300 feet of new bike lanes. Please utilize the three hubs highlighted above as alternatives. The hubs are all a short walk away from the arena and are:

  • Tampa Convention Center
  • Dick Greco Plaza
  • Channelside at Cumberland & 11th

Rack at Coppertail affected by construction

Our Park and Go Rack at Coppertail Brewing is also being affected by construction on site. But let’s be real, more room to brew beer is never a bad thing, right? 😉  Feel free to continue to Coast to the brewery as we’ve maintained the digital geofence that makes Coppertail a hub. Simply lock to the traditional racks out front and you won’t be charged an out of hub fee. Once construction is complete, we’ll put the rack back in and all will be well again!
